Once you sign up for the program it will ask you a few questions to set up your profile (no right or wrong answer, questions help build out your profile).

• Name, email, phone

• Commission number and expiration date

• How many notarizations have you done

• RON or LSA (y/n)

• Business hours, location, and some photos

Once your profile is created signers will be able to find it in the Find A Notary tab.

How to earn

Depending on what sort of notarization the signer gets will determine your commission.

Here are the 3 ways to earn:

1. Organic Traffic- A signer views your profile and reaches out directly to your business you keep 100% of that commission.

2. Mobile Notary Assignments from OneNotary- they charge $60 min per mobile notarization. If an assignment gets sent to you and you accept it you'll get 80% of that charge.

3. RON referrals- If someone clicks the 'Notarize Online Now' button on your profile they will get routed to OneNotaries main page where an on demand RON will take that assignment. You will get 20% of that transaction. They charge a min of $25 per RON transaction which means you will get $5 min just for referring someone.

Why should you create a profile?

Well quite frankly not everyone can or wants to be a RON some people enjoy just being a traditional notary but this allows them to still benefit from RON without having to do it themselves. Also as a notary we always want to be there for our client but it's hard to be available all the time. This allows you to still offer your clients an option outside of business hours allowing you to make money in your sleep.
